On Thursday, September 21, the National Convenience Distributors family of vendors, retailers and teammates came together for the Fall 2023 Trade Show at Harrah’s Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The show garnered over 1,100 customers, all of whom were excited to “rake” in the savings on the exclusive deals of nearly 300 presenting vendors. But the best of all? The Spin to Win Wheel helped to generate the highest level of customer engagement experienced by the NCD trade show series.
National Convenience Distributors’ executive vice president of government affairs, Kyle Feldman, was awarded for Excellence in Regulatory Engagement at an R.J. Reynold’s business session in North Carolina earlier this month.
This week, National Convenience Distributors’ executive vice president of governmental affairs, Kyle Feldman, traveled to Washington D.C. for the Convenience Distribution Association’s annual Day on the Hill. The advocacy program brings various distributors together for policy briefings, educational speakers, networking and interactive meetings with members of Congress.

On Thursday, Dec. 8, the National Convenience Distributors Team attended the Bolla Charity Foundation’s annual gala in support of the foundation’s acts of community service including massive contributions to local Toys for Tots drives, Girl Scouts of the USA, first responders, scholarship funds and, most notably, military veteran assistance programs.
On Tuesday, Dec. 26, National Convenience Distributors’ chief executive officer, Jeff Allen, and Allen Brothers vice president, Steve Ouimette, were invited to represent NCD’s Delaware Valley Division in a town hall meeting held to discuss the tightening of the Pinpoint Program with Philadelphia Police Department’s Commissioner, Danielle Outlaw, who has spearheaded the program. Allen Brothers has been a longtime partner and advocate of the City of Philadelphia’s 25th Police District.
On Sunday, October 30, National Convenience Distributors’ New England Division attended the Sanskar Culture Society Umiya Dham Boston’s Diwali celebration at the Ambrosia in Foxborough, Massachusetts. In addition to celebrating India’s largest and most important holiday, NCD was honored at the event for serving as one of the organization’s top sponsors. The party welcomed over 1,000 attendees, many of which were NCD customers.
This past Thursday, National Convenience Distributors hosted their football-themed 2022 fall trade show at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. With nearly 200 booths to choose from, attending retailers scored on exclusive deals on innovation items and bestsellers.
Each year, National Convenience Distributors’ proprietary brand, Island Coffee, sponsors the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at Jones Beach State Park on Long Island. In addition to their sponsorship, NCD’s marketing coordinator, Maggie Gioia, established a team to participate in the event, ultimately raising nearly $20,000.
Both Laura Gagnon and Shelley Carner-Hickman hosted National Convenience Distributors’ New England Division’s Fill the Fence Fundraiser, raising $1,500 for Rays of Hope in just three hours!
From Oct. 1 through Oct. 4, National Convenience Distributors traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada to the annual National Association of Convenience Stores show at the Las Vegas Convention Center for three days of team bonding, vendor and customer connection, networking and industry-focused education.
On Saturday, Sept. 24, team NCD headed to the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, Connecticut for the Sam’s Children annual benefit event. The Rocky Hill, Connecticut-based nonprofit was founded by Sam’s Food Stores to provide non-medical financial assistance to families that have children with serious illnesses and disabilities.
Last week, National Convenience Distributors attended the Asian American Retailers Association trade show at the New Jersey Convention and Exhibition Center in Edison, New Jersey. The event offered retail attendees a chance to – as AARA’s tagline suggests – “come. Meet. Collaborate” with spotlighted vendors and distributors.
This past week, National Convenience Distributors traveled to Chicago, Illinois for the Convenience Distribution Association’s Business Exchange event. The annual conference, which took place September 12 through 15, offered CDA members unparalleled networking opportunities as well as up to 30 Top-to-Top meetings with critical trading partners.

National Convenience Distributors’ Maddie Del Plato and Marty Glick attended the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Long Island kickoff breakfast. The breakfast is held to mark the start of the fundraising period for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Long Island — an annual walk that will take place on Oct. 16 this year. NCD’s proprietary brand, Island Coffee, has been a sponsor of the event for seven years.
On July 8 through 12, National Convenience Distributors headed down to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the Premium Cigar Association Convention and International Trade Show — one of the largest shows in the premium tobacco industry.

National Convenience Distributors hit a homerun yesterday with their first trade show of the 2022 season at the Eastern States Exposition Center — better known as ‘The Big E’ — in West Springfield, Massachusetts. With an upwards of a thousand retailers in attendance, the baseball-themed industry event offered countless deals and deep discounts on best-selling products, as well as a chance for customers, vendors and NCD employees to connect.

National Convenience Distributors —the fourth largest convenience store distributor in America– held their final trade show of 2021 on Thursday Nov. 18 at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, NJ.
Over 1100 retailers attended this event, reaching from Northern Maine, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York City. Additionally, 261 vendors were in attendance, offering deep discounts, innovative items, and demonstrations. Retailers were able to sample products, make connections with vendors and meet the NCD team.
