After 19 years as the Vice President of Food Service for J. Polep/National Convenience Distributors (NCD), Adam
Kramer has decided to pursue the next chapter of his career. Throughout his tenure with the company, Adam
helped to develop many food service programs and initiatives including the development of the Mighty Chicken and
My Pie brands, as well as spearheading the expansion of Rachael’s food service offerings. NCD is grateful for Adam’s
passion and creativity, and we wish him good luck in his future endeavors.

National Convenience Distributors would like to welcome our new Vice President of Food Service, Patrick Dillon! Pat graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Distribution. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing various types of convenience stores, ranging from company-operated to commission-agent, lessee, and contract dealer-run establishments. Pat’s vast experience
encompasses the conception, design, implementation, and supervision of both small and large-scale food service programs, including notable brands like Alltown Café, Ladson Grill, Laredo Taco Company, Red Kap Café, and The Market at AC&T. Additionally, he brings franchise expertise with renowned brands such as Dunkin Donuts, Honey Dew Donuts, Tim Horton’s, Papa John’s, McDonald’s, and Subway.

Pat’s twenty plus years of experience and industry knowledge will be an asset to our company and customers. Welcome to NCD, Pat!
