Shelbert Kyle Jeff

NCD Career Journey

Feldman is more than just an avid golfer, family man and travel connoisseur. Since 2005, he has been an integral part of the National Convenience Distributors family.

Feldman began his journey in Harold Levinson Associates’ Warehouse Operations, helping to streamline the distribution of the Confectionary and Tobacco categories. Just two years later, he took on a new role as Combustible Tobacco Buyer. Shortly after, Feldman transitioned to Assistant Warehouse Manager, and then Senior Warehouse Manager, where he remained committed for six years. In 2017, Feldman ascended to Vice President of Operations and in 2020, took on the role Vice President of Government Affairs. Following nearly two decades of service and dedication, NCD celebrates Feldman as he enters his new position.

As a leader for NCD, Feldman consistently researches current legislation and regulations related to the wholesale industry to assess its impact on the business and to determine the most effective strategies for compliance and continued growth. In addition, Feldman manages the daily operations of NCD headquarters in Farmingdale, New York, including warehousing, transportation, customer service and department support.

Beyond Feldman’s comprehensive role, he is also a board member of the Northeast Wholesalers Association and is actively involved in the New York Association of Convenience Stores as well as the New England Convenience Store and Energy Marketers Association.

“Day after day, Kyle demonstrates his outstanding commitment to NCD,” said Jeff Allen, Chief Executive Officer of NCD. “For almost twenty years, we have depended upon Kyle to deliver only the best results. Our rate of expansion is proof that Kyle’s efforts have helped to forge our success, and we’re excited to have him as a leader as we advance further.”

As the fourth largest convenience distributor in the United States, NCD would not be where they are today without Feldman’s contributions.
