UNCLE ED'S PANTRY
Like National Convenience Distributors, Uncle Ed’s Pantry was born from family. Growing up around some of the most well-known delis and bakeries in New York, Ed was steeped in the aromas of fresh-baked treats. As many of those local shops disappeared, Ed wanted to help today’s busy families find those same traditional comfort foods. Uncle Ed’s Pantry uses quality ingredients to craft healthy on the go snacks and desserts that put the community back into our convenience stores.
CRAFT HOUSE BAKERY
Based out of Brooklyn, Craft House Bakery brings traditional kosher, handcrafted, New York-style premium baked goods into the convenience marketplace in freshly baked, single-slice offerings. With a full line of sweet treats ranging from cakes and muffins to pastries and cookies, Craft House Bakery adds a new level of indulgence to c-stores.
MIGHTY CHICKEN
In today’s c-store landscape, the demand for freshly made foodservice items has continued to rise. To meet this growing need, National Convenience Distributors established Mighty Chicken to bring classic comfort foods like chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, empanadas, quesadillas, potato wedges, and mozzarella sticks to on-the-go consumers. Mighty Chicken meals are high in protein and made with only whole ingredients.
MY PIE
To ensure only the best quality ingredients, National Convenience Distributors founded My Pie, a foodservice program that offers hot and juicy pizza to convenience stores. The program includes single slices and personal pies, as well as a variety of topping options like cheese and pepperoni. Partners will find that My Pie Pizza is easily constructed and comes out of the oven delicious and ready-to-eat every time.

Island Coffee has competed with some of the most popular coffee brands on the market since its founding in 2013. Originating from farms located in some of the world’s leading coffee growing regions, only the highest quality coffee beans are handpicked and roasted to perfection. The coffee is then packaged immediately to protect the unique and distinctive flavors of Island Coffee.

Rachael’s Food Corp. is committed to providing fresh foodservice options for those that are on the move and looking for a healthy alternative to the limited menus of fast food. Our USDA-certified commissary offers a wide variety of grab and go products to convenience stores, supermarkets, and academic institutions. Everything from salads, wraps, paninis, sandwiches, subs, and snacks are handmade daily and shipped directly to our partners.
